Colorado Medicaid, now called Colorado Health First, is broken up into different subsections which determine whether or not you can work with me.

These are called Regional Accountability Entities, or RAE for short. I am currently credentialed with:

Northeast Health Partners (RAE2) 

and

ColoradoAccess (RAE 3&5)
