ASWC provides consultation services to other professionals for a flat rate. Please contact info@aspenswc.com for more information.

Areas of Expertise for Consultation:

  • LGBTQIA+ Populations
  • Underserved Populations
  • Severe Anxiety, Depression etc.
  • Challenging client issues

ASWC does not provide phone consultation for client issues. However, a professional can call you to briefly discuss any concerns and offer clarifications regarding our services (10 minutes or less). Issues requiring more than 10 minutes will be referred for an intake session.

Assessment Services

ASWC can complete mental health assessments (MHA) which incorporate a battery of psychological assessments including:

  • Substance Abuse Subtle Screening Inventory (SASSI-4)
  • Millon Multi-Axel Clinical Inventory (MMCI-IV)
  • Shipley Intelligence Assessment
  • Mini-Mental Status Examination

MHAs are for personal use and growth, and are not intended to be submitted for legal purposes.

Professional Letters

ASWC can complete Letters of Support which meet the World Professional Association for Trans Health (WPATH) Standards of Care (SOC) provided the appointment requirements have been met (6 sessions including intake).

ASWC can write Emotional Support Animal Letters (ESA), however, as state requirements for the letters have changed there are certain requirements which must be met, including a “bonafide relationship” before a letter can be written. If you are looking for an ESA letter, please discuss with your counselor during your intake to determine whether this can be completed for you.

Psychoeducation Services

ASWC also provides contracted services to Weld County Dept. of Human Services on a referral only basis. For additional information, please reach out to info@aspenswc.com.

Psychoeducation Services may be available for a flat fee if you do not have a referral. However, these services cannot be billed to insurers and are offered on a fee-for-service only.

Employee Assisted Programs

EAP programs are short, solution focused counseling sessions. ASWC will accept EAP referrals if no waiting list exists. EAP referrals received in which there is a waiting list will be provided additional referral options.
